Product Introduction
BOEEP high duty type belt filter sludge dewatering device is mainly used for processing the sludge which is not concentrated in the thickening pool (such as A/O residual sludge). It has two functions: concentration and dewatering. Compared with the traditional gravity belt filter press, this equipment can meet the requirement of larger treatment capacity and lower sludge cake moisture content, by means of multiple press roll and high-pressure roll structure desigh. Meanwhile the outside door structure make the system fully closed, maintenance expediently.
Structure
BOEEP high duty type belt filter sludge dewatering device runs smoothly and normally, no impact, vibration and abnormal sound, after all parts are checked to be qualified, the assembly can be executed. In order to adjust frame horizontal conveniently , Frame is fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts,and equipping with adjusting device.
The mud inlet, dosing, mixing, reaction are all realized in the dewatering system, and the pipeline operation of dehydration and mud cake output is proceeded under the laminar flow condition.
In order to keep the device operating stably and reliably, the design and manufacture of sludge dewatering belt press machine should adapt to the harsh working environment with the high temperature and 100% humidity.
Working Principle
The flocculated sludge is evenly sent to the concentration gravity dewatering area through the distribution mechanism. In this area, there is a long horizontal movement and a small angle of rise. The sludge moves along the filter belt. Under gravity, the water and the floc are separated and most of the water is filtered. The sludge becomes out of fluidity and is scraped through the scraper to the filter press section.
When the thickened sludge enters the wedge-shaped dewatering zone, the slurry in the wedge-shaped zone is further smoothed and uniform, and is subjected to mild extrusion. The wedge-shaped space formed by the upper and lower filter belts becomes smaller and smaller, and finally the two filter belts are closed together, so that the squeezing force for the slurry sandwiched in the middle of the filter belt gradually increases, and the water is continuously filtered. At this time the slurry loses liquidity and prepares for the next step into the pressing dewatering area.
The pressing rollers in the dehydration zone are arranged in order from big to small in diameter, and the pressing force on the material increases gradually. Sludge dewatering was completed after crushing, staggering and shearing the cake by several S-rows of squeezing rolls, most of can be removed. When the filter belt passes through the unloading mechanism, the mud cake is scraped off from the filter belt by the scraper. The upper and lower filter belts are cleaned and then returned to the gravity dewatering area to complete the next sludge dewatering cycle.
Technical Advantages
The action of the filter belt correction device is flexible and reliable. When the filter belt deviates from the center 15mm (operation can be adjusted according to the actual operation), the filter tape correction device works automatically, and the strainer is not more than 30mm in the operation, which can be adjusted according to the actual operation condition.
The dehydrator has a washing system, and the flushing device is composed of a spray pipe and a nozzle. The spray range covers the width of the filter belt, and each nozzle can be replaced. The flushing device has good sealing property, and it is not allowed to splash water and wet mud cake. And equipped with backwash filter for easy maintenance and cleaning.
The filter belt is made of polyester monofilament, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, good permeability, easy to block, smooth surface and high solid recovery rate.
The empty load test of the dehydrator meets the requirements of 6.16 of JB/T8102-1999, and the load test meets the requirements of JB/T8102-1999 6.17.
The speed of the filter belt can be adjusted smoothly.
