Product Description of Shaftless Screw Coneyor
The BOEEP shaftless screw conveyor is designed with a unique advantage - it is not hindered by a central axis, making it particularly well-suited for transporting belts and winding materials. This feature allows the conveyor to be efficiently utilized for the movement of grid materials removed from sewage screening devices, as well as dewatered sludge cakes.
One of the key benefits of the BOEEP shaftless screw conveyor is its excellent environmental protection performance. The conveyor's totally enclosed design and easy-to-clean spiral surface ensure hygienic operation, preventing material contamination or leakage. The absence of a central shaft in the BOEEP design plays a critical role in its performance. Without a shaft, the material being transported is less prone to blockages, and the discharge port remains unobstructed. In accordance with the JB/T679-95 screw conveyor standard, the BOEEP shaftless screw conveyor boasts high reliability, long service life, and excellent adaptability. It is also designed for convenient installation and maintenance. The conveyor can handle materials with temperatures up to 100°C and operate at incline angles up to 30°.
The fundamental operating principle of the BOEEP shaftless screw conveyor is the rotation of a helical axis within a U-shaped groove, which facilitates the efficient transport of various materials.
Structure of Shaftless Screw Coneyor
The shaft-less screw conveyor is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, shaft-less screw, groove liner, inlet, outlet, cover (when needed), base, etc.
1-The driving device adopts helical gear reducer. The reducer is opposite to the outlet when horizontal and the reducer is at the outlet when inclined.
2-The cabinet is U, and the upper part is covered with rain proof machine cover. The material is stainless steel or carbon steel.
3-Non - axial spirals: stainless steel or 16Mn.
4-Trough lining: nylon or polyethylene plate, nylon material.
5-There are two kinds of inlet and outlet: the square and the round. The form of general inlet and outlet is decided by the user and the square is the main one.
