Monitor the backwash system to ensure optimal cleaning.
Check for any mechanical wear and replace parts as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance to extend the filter's service life.
Structure
The externally fed rotary drum screen consists of a cover, an assemble drum, a water tank, a transmission device, a flushing device, a dregs plate, a frame, and so on. When the external feed rotary drum screen filter works, the gear motor drives the drum screen to rotate, and the floating objects in the sewage are intercepted on the screen after filtering, and transferred to the slag plate by the rotating drum screen. At the same time, the flushing device is used to backwash the screen surface. The washed grid slag slips into the garbage truck or conveyors.
Working Principle
The screen drum does the rotary movement by the driving device, and the sewage is moved from the inlet pipe into the water tank, then outflow to the outlet. The solid material in the outer wall of the rotating net is intercepted by screen, and the water is drained out into the pool from the gap of the screen. The cylinder continuously rotates, and the solid substance attached to the outer wall of the screen quickly separates from the drum, thereby improving the production efficiency.
The backwashing system is composed of a flushing line and a nozzle. The high pressure water is sprayed through the nozzle in a fan shape to sieve barrel, and the solid object attached to the sieve is flushed out quickly. The filtration is continuous and non clogged. The externally fed rotary drum screen has the characteristics of high efficiency, large throughput and fine filtration.
Advantages
1-Simple structure, high reliability.
2-Compact structure, small footprint.
3-The surface of the drum is made of wedge grid, and has excellent hydraulic characteristics.
