Compared with traditional Screw Press Sludge Dehydrator, the Vehicle Volute Extruder Sludge Dewatering Device has developed independently by BOEEP has the main feature of compact structure with small footprint. But it also retains the advantages,working principle and functions of the traditional type.
Structure Contrast
BOEEP Vehicle Volute Extruder Sludge Dewatering Device is designed with the mixing tank and flocculation tank being installed on the top of the main body, which is different from the traditional type with minxing tank and flocculation tank on the back. This structure can save floor space, so it is easy to be loaded on a truck for moving conveniently.
Working Principle
The same as the traditional type, the main body of vehicle volute extruder sludge dewatering device is made of multiple fixed annular plates and moveable annular plates with the screw shaft running through it. The front part is thickening department and the ending part is dewatering department. It can thicken and dewater sludge in one chamber and has taken place of the traditional filter clothes and centrifugal filtration method for its distinctive function. Although the mixing tank and flocculation tank are fixed on the top, the function and effection are never changed.
