Product Introduction
BOEEP vehicle volute screw press machine is developed on traditional volute dehydrator. It is improved in structure so that it can be easily loaded on a truck or in a container for moving to any places for wastewater treatment. It has the advantages, working principle and functions as the traditional model.
Structure and Working Principle
Compared with the traditional volute dehydrator, vehicle volute screw press machine has the mixing tank and flocculation tank which are above the main body, not at the back, so the sludge inlet, polymer inlet, vent nozzle, overflow nozzle are all changed to other places correspondingly.
Although some parts of the structure have been changed, the main body of the vehicle volute screw press machine maintains the same working principle of the traditional volute dehydrator. Multiple fixed annular plates and moveable annular plates with the screw shaft constitute the main body of the vehicle volute screw press machine. The front part is thickening department and the ending part is dewatering department. It can thicken and dewater sludge in one chamber and has taken place of the traditional filter clothes and centrifugal filtration method for its distinctive function.
