Product Introduction
BOEEP belt press sludge dehydrator has the functions of concentrating and dewatering. It is mainly used for processing the sludge which is not concentrated in the thickening pool, such as A/O residual sludge or SBR residual sludge. Compared with Rotary Drum Thickening Belt Press Machine the structure is different, for the sludge is thickened by the gravity, which is used in the higher capacity.
Overall Structure
The mud inlet, dosing, mixing, reaction are all realized in the dewatering system, and the pipeline operation of dehydration and mud cake output is proceeded under the laminar flow condition.

Working Principle
The flocculated sludge is evenly sent to the gravity thickening area by the rake, where there is a long horizontal movement and a small angle of rise, and the sludge moves along with the filter belt. Under the gravity, the free water and the floc are separated, and most of the free water in the sludge is removed. The thickened sludge is basically out of fluidity and scraped through the scraper to the filter press section.
When the thickened sludge enters the wedge-shaped dewatering zone, it is further leveled in the wedge-shaped zone, and is subjected to mild extrusion. The wedge-shaped space formed by the upper and lower filter belts is from large to small, and finally the two filter belts are closed, so that the squeezing force of the filter slurry sandwiched in the middle of the filter belt is gradually increased, and the filtered water is continuously discharged. At this time, the slurry has become sludge cake.
