Product Introduction
The BOEEP sludge dewatering belt press machine is primarily designed for processing sludge that is not sufficiently concentrated in the thickening pool, such as A/O (Anoxic/Oxic) residual sludge or SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) residual sludge. The machine serves two key functions: sludge concentration and dewatering.
Compared to the Rotary Drum Thickening Belt Filter Press, the BOEEP belt press machine has a distinct structural design. Instead of relying on mechanical thickening, the BOEEP utilizes gravity to concentrate the sludge, making it a more suitable choice for higher capacity applications.
The gravity-based concentration process is a critical feature of the BOEEP belt press, as it allows for the effective treatment of sludge that has not been adequately thickened in the preceding stages of the wastewater treatment process. Overall Structure
BOEEP sludge dewatering belt press machine runs smoothly and normally, no impact, vibration and abnormal sound, after all parts are checked to be qualified, the assembly can be executed. In order to adjust frame horizontal conveniently , Frame is fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts,and equipping with adjusting device.
The mud inlet, dosing, mixing, reaction are all realized in the dewatering system, and the pipeline operation of dehydration and mud cake output is proceeded under the laminar flow condition.
In order to keep the device operating stably and reliably, the design and manufacture of sludge dewatering belt press machine should adapt to the harsh working environment with the high temperature and 100% humidity.
Working Principle
1-The flocculated sludge is evenly sent to the gravity thickening area by the rake, where there is a long horizontal movement and a small angle of rise, and the sludge moves along with the filter belt. Under the gravity, the free water and the floc are separated, and most of the free water in the sludge is removed. The thickened sludge is basically out of fluidity and scraped through the scraper to the filter press section.
2-When the thickened sludge enters the wedge-shaped dewatering zone, it is further leveled in the wedge-shaped zone, and is subjected to mild extrusion. The wedge-shaped space formed by the upper and lower filter belts is from large to small, and finally the two filter belts are closed, so that the squeezing force of the filter slurry sandwiched in the middle of the filter belt is gradually increased, and the filtered water is continuously discharged. At this time, the slurry has become sludge cake.
